Sierra Compounding Pharmacy is able to compound customized medications that have been prescribed by your veterinarian or animal care specialist to fit your animal’s specific ailment and needs. We can customize dosage form, strength, and route of administration. Here are some of the customizations we are able to do:

• Customized tablets and capsules that contain multiple ingredients of medication. This way, you only have to worry about feeding your pet a single tablet or capsule instead of multiple.
• Flavored suspension/solutions. We are able to create flavors of meat, fish, and other flavors to satisfy your animal’s palate.
• Transdermal Gels. This allows you to apply medication to your animal’s ear, which can be absorbed directly into the blood from there.
• Chewables. We can create medication that pets can chew—they won’t know the difference between food and their chewable medication.
